About the Founder
Founder and President of Women Ingenuity and Industry (WII)
Dr J.D. Gelas through the non-profit company Women Ingenuity & Industry (WII), would like to establish a global village that will provide women with international exposure, the African community and the international public with a cultural and commercial experience.
She aims to promote female entrepreneurship by generating qualified sales leads, creating a customer database for them and offering visitors an opportunity to source products and services directly from vendors. This will contribute to economic and social changes in different communities by promoting women’s achievements and developing their entrepreneurial skills.
Professional Academic Research Consultant
Dr Gelas is a Professional Academic Research Consultant and a global provider of academic research assistance. She obtained her PhD in Business Administration and Master’s in Human Resource Management (HRM) at the Vaal University of Technology (VUT). She has a B. Tech in HRM and an Honours in Business Law.
She is renowned for her assistance and guidance in postgraduate research projects, academic proposal writing, and professional writing at various institutions in South Africa.
Her domain of experience involves management in general, specifically HRM, strategic management, organisational behaviour, labour relations, industrial relations, personnel management, and research methodology (quantitative, qualitative and mixed-methods). She served as a Writing Consultant, Lecturer and Research Assistant at the VUT.
